Candidates preparing to work in schools as teachers or other professional school personnel know and demonstrate the content, pedagogical, and professional knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to help all students learn. Assessments indicate that candidates meet professional, state, and institutional standards. Current state teacher exams show exceptionally high scores.

C.1, Content Studies for Initial Teacher Preparation expect that candidates "complete a sequence of courses or experiences to develop an understanding of the structure, skills, core concepts, ideas, values, facts, methods of inquiry, and use technology for the subjects they plan to teach." D.2, Professional and Pedagogical Studies, expects that teacher candidates have knowledge and experiences with "educational technology, including the use of computer and related technologies in instruction, assessment and professional productivity."
