Conclusion

Consistent with the COE vision, mission, and values, the following evidence for commitment to and integration of technology in the College of Education is provided through:

• college wide survey of faculty
• meeting NCATE's technology standards for accreditated schools of education 
• meeting all key indicators established by the National Commission on Teaching
• Unit Standards Committee Interviews 
• SPA Reports
• Department Chair Interviews 
• Texas schools expect teachers to teach technology (thus, being used in field practice) and this knowlege is tested on required state teacher exams where we currently enjoy a 100% pass rate.
  

Summary of Findings - criterial met

Results were impressive.  Findings confirm  SFA's College of Education meets and exceeds all NCATE standards for technology integration for both Educator and Other School Personnel at both Undergraduate and Advanced levels.
