1.     Do you have a desktop computer?

2.     PC or MAC?

3.    It’s condition?  N (new)  F (Fair-old but working)  P (poor)

4.   Do you have a laptop?

5.   Do you have a docking station?

6.   Does your laptop have a full-sized keyboard, mouse and monitor?

7.  Any comments?
